Refund & Return Policy

All purchases from Morfy are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product or variant.

If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video if available. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
If a customer refuses delivery, forward shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges may be deducted from any approved refund.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Refunds may be considered only when:

The order is not received or is confirmed lost in transit.
A wrong product is delivered.
The product is delivered damaged or defective.
A replacement is not available and a refund is approved by Morfy.

Refund Process (When Applicable)

Any approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Provide your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and an unboxing video if available.
Keep the product, accessories, and original packaging safely until the issue is resolved.
After verification, an approved replacement will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
Once dispatched, the replacement is generally delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on location.

Important Notes

Requests that do not relate to a damaged, defective, or wrong product will not be accepted as returns.
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
